• Puerto Vallarta

  Nearby Puerto Vallarta is a multi-colored mosaic of traditional Mexican architecture and gold-sand beaches bordered by jungle-covered mountains. With its cobblestone streets, graceful cathedral, and welcoming atmosphere Vallarta maintains a small-town charm despite boasting sophisticated restaurants, a thriving arts community, active nightlife, and a wide variety of ecotourism attractions.

  At the town's center is the historic church of Guadalupe, topped by a crown held aloft by angels. In this region can be found the small towns of Mismaloya and Boca de Tomatlán, along with hidden beaches tucked into magical coves, such as Yelapa, Las Animas, Quimixto and the spectacular Los Arcos maritime reserve.
